J. David O’Donnell Dwyer

David founded O'Donnell in 1994 and serves as its President and CEO. Since 1994 it has developed and acquired approximately 11.6 million square feet of industrial property in 9 strategically located markets throughout Mexico. Board member American Chamber of Commerce. Trustee and Former Americas Executive Committee ULI. Mr. O'Donnell holds a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a native of Newport Beach, California.

Javier Luna Luna

Javier is the Director of the Fund and is financial analysis of investment opportunities in addition to the design of the financing strategy and investor relations. Luna holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with honors from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University. Prior to joining O'Donnell, Mr. Luna acted as Managing Director and Group Head of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking business in Mexico. Mr. Luna has a 20-year career focusing primarily on investment banking specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and structured transactions. In addition to Deutsche Bank Mexico, Mr. Luna has worked for Deutsche Bank London, HSBC London, Morgan Stanley London and Goldman Sachs New York.

Mario del Bosque Martínez

Mario is the Legal Director and is in charge of O'Donnell's legal affairs, which includes corporate and tax strategies, contractual negotiations of joint ventures, acquisitions, services during the development stage, leasing and sales, legal and real estate audits Due diligence, relationship with government regarding the obtaining of permits and licenses required for the development of projects, regulatory compliance, as well as prevention of legal contingencies. He also serves as Secretary of the O'Donnell Council. Prior to joining O'Donnell in 2015, he worked as a senior associate at Greenberg Traurig in Mexico City, where he focused his practice in real estate, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, representing real estate funds, developers and investors In various real estate transactions (industrial, residential, commercial, mixed uses and hospitality). Mr. Del Bosque holds a law degree from the Iberoamericana University of Mexico City in 2005 and holds a master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Northwestern University and a business degree from Kellogg School of Management.
