ODCM, with its CKD and a sidecar, acquires a 27,323 m2 complex called OD Tlalpan in the Coyoacán Municipality (CDMX). Additionally, 90,801 m2 are acquired in the Gustavo A. Madero Municipality (CDMX) for the OD Vallejo project. With these acquisitions, the CKD ODOCK18 is fully invested.

ODCM acquires
42,063 m2 in the Gustavo A. Madero Municipality (CDMX) for the industrial park called
OD888, specializing in "in-fill, last mile" warehouses.
In 2021, a BTS with Kloeckner is being developed for
16,519 m2 in Queretaro.

ODCM is acquiring 18 hectares of land in Cuautitlán Izcalli to develop a speculative industrial park called O'Donnell La Laguna (ODLL), with a rentable area of ​​87,042 m2 to be developed in three phases.

O'Donnell Capital Management (ODCM) is formed, marking a new phase for the group by completing the placement of a CKD for MXN $2 billion (-US$100 million) on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). The CKD was subsequently reopened to raise up to a value of -US$150 million.

O'Donnell signs a joint venture with AIG to acquire and develop a speculative industrial park with a 140,000 m2 area in three phases in Cuautitlán, State of Mexico.
