Cost Engineer in Industrial Real Estate
Bachelor’s degree in architecture / civil engineering

Previous Experience
Project Coordinator
3-5 years of experience in budget preparation and management, cost control, variance analysis, and financial planning. 1. Optimization of Financial Returns
Objective: Maximize the financial returns of managed properties by continuously evaluating opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Success Indicator: Achieve and exceed the profitability and ROI targets set for each property in the portfolio.
2. Financial Analysis and Reporting
Objective: Provide detailed financial analysis and periodic reports on property performance, including occupancy analysis, operating costs, and cash flows.
Success Indicator: Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that facilitate strategic decision-making.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting Management
Objective: Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for properties, ensuring alignment with long-term strategies and the company’s financial goals.
Success Indicator: Keep expenses within 95% of the planned budget and justify any significant variations.
4. Support in Property Management
Objective: Assist in the operational management of properties by providing financial and analytical support for decision-making in maintenance, renovations, and lease agreements.
Success Indicator: Successful implementation of capital improvement projects that result in measurable increases in property value and profitability.
5. Risk Assessment and Compliance
Objective: Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with property management and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Success Indicator: Conduct regular risk reviews and maintain 100% compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Collaboration and Effective Communication
Objective: Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and legal, to ensure integrated and efficient property management.
